近日，华盛顿大学西雅图分校官网宣布：2023年秋季入学的本科新生可以通过Common App申请系统提交申请材料！也就是说华大正式加入CA！在2023申请季到来之际，CAAS系统也又一次更新了essay的题目，跟着小编一起来看吧！

Common Application，简称CA，是美国本科申请三大网申系统之一，是三大申请系统中覆盖率最大的一个，也是目前美国大学申请使用人数最多的系统之一，每年超过 300 万学生通过该系统在线申请大学。

CA系统中，有包括哈佛、耶鲁、普林斯顿在内的名牌大学。CA通用申请系统的最大特点是，申请人简单填写一份申请表，包括标化成绩、essay、背景活动和推荐信等，就可以申请多所大学，可以有效节省申请大学的时间。

进入23申请季，CAAS系统也在最近更新了essay题目，如何读懂理解essay题目呢？小编已经为你整理好啦！

Question 1：

Tell a story from your life, describing an experience that either demonstrates your character or helped to shape it.

翻译：

讲述一个你生活中的故事，描述一段经历，这段经历可以展示你的性格，也可以是帮助塑造你的性格。

Question 2：

What interests or excites you? How does it shape who you are now or who you might become in the future?

翻译：

什么让你感兴趣或让你兴奋？它是如何塑造现在的你或未来可能成为的你的？

Question 3：

Describe a time when you had a positive impact on others. What were the challenges? What were the rewards?

翻译：

描述一下你对他人产生积极影响的时期。当时的挑战是什么？收获是什么？

Question 4：

Has there been a time when an idea or belief of yours was questioned? How did you respond? What did you learn?

翻译：

你的想法或信仰是否曾经被质疑过？你是如何回应的？你学到了什么？

Question 5：

What success have you achieved or obstacle have you faced? What advice would you give a sibling or friend going through a similar experience?

翻译：

你取得了哪些成功或遇到了哪些障碍？你会给有类似经历的兄弟姐妹或朋友什么建议？

Question 6：

Submit anessay on a topic of your choice.

就你选择的话题提交一篇文章。
